Once upon a time the used to be a frequent haunt of mine. My blog, my home away from home. Sadly I ranaway for a bit, found sites like Myspace and Facebook, those brought be back in contact with old familiar faces and brought me together with some folks I may have at one point felt as if they had fallen off the earth as they may have felt simular for me.
I am back and will attempt to post a regular blog here. I've been missing this blog option on facebook and was looking for options again.
Well lets start out with what has been going on lately, sadly my life seems to be that constant roller coaster, ups and downs, loop da loops and non-stop stress. Lets see how can I start? Well lets start out with sadly, my employer decided to let me go while I was in the hospital, so now I am fighting every tom dick and harry in search of employment.
Three or four days after I lose my job, the air conditioner in the house breaks down. I have very little funds to survive on so Steve and I suffer in the heat for 2 months until we have enough money to afford a costly repair bill.
I thought that would be the last problem for a little while hoping that Steve and I could start saving some money and perhaps have a little nest egg for emergencies. Sadly that is not the case for us, the next thing that occurred was a bill decided to come in early and overdraw my bank account for over 200 dollars. Then two of the car's tires that I had just replaced became warped and bubbled.
I was lucky the tires were still under warranty, so that wasn't an issue, but the overdrafts were, it made life very tough, we lived on pennies. I was lucky that all the bills were paid before that occurred.
Bills bills bills, non-stop bills. Everytime believe I am getting ahead yet another bill shows its ugly head and keeps my bank account screaming for assistance. A few weeks ago, I thought I was finally seeing a light at the end of the tunnel but boy was I wrong, we had a rear tire blow out on our way to get an appointment to see a doctor. The only positive light for Steve and I that time is the tire blew right next to a 24 hour Walmart. Steve was able to get the doughnut spare on and we were on our way. Sadly though we are at the mercy of trying to get new rear tires for our car.
